For the Youth Art Biennial at Franzensfeste near Bolzano, a public shower was installed for all exhibiting artists, teachers and visitors to the Biennial. Following the title of the exhibition "Where Plato Taught - Is Teaching Art?" the call to self-knowledge was elaborated as an essential element of Platons didactics. Because self-knowledge is always also knowledge of one's own corporeality, all those taking a shower are invited to contemplate during the physical cleansing.
